Mary Stevens
I have been in real estate for 21 years. I
started my career with a very successful large franchise. I received
lots of great training and did very well with them. The one thing I did
not like was the constant (pushed by the company) competition between
the agents, contests to be the listing or selling agent of the month,
etc. I began to see that this type of behavior never benefited the
Buyers and Sellers. Agents were competing and not working as a team. I
decided that when I opened my own business, the agents would all be
team players. We all help each other out and cover for each other when
necessary. When you hire me, you are getting an entire office of
dedicated agents who have your best interest at heart. We are small
enough to be able to target and plan individual marketing plans to fit
your unique properties. Just as all properties are different, so are
our Buyers and Sellers. We strive to give you personalized customer
service. We want your business, not just for today’s sale, but
also for years to come. |
